Bounty Hacker was a failed attempt at creating web community to promote open source software improvement by collecting donations for use as prizes. The site is being re launched under new ownership that is unaffiliated with the previous person/organization. The site is sponsored by The Daniel Morante Company, Inc., and is currently under construction. In the mean time check out the forums to post your questions and suggestions.
